1. Product Description of Ceramic Bead Blasting
Ceramic beads selects the high quality zircon sand as main raw
material, then fused in arc furnace under
high temperature over 2000 degrees, its unique internal crystal
phase provides its strong hardness and
impact resistance. It is one round solid blasting media,with good
sphericity and elasticity, which can be
re-bounded in multi-angles,especially suitable for metal surface
finish.

Ceramic beads and glass beads are all round blasting media,while
glass beads is easy to break-down
and dusty,so when one clean and bright blasting condition is
required,then ceramic beads is one better

4. How to store, pack and use ceramic beads:
Ceramic beads should be stored in dry clean and ventilated indoor
environment;
Please kindly wear masks and protective suit when using ceramic
beads;
It is generally packed in 25kg round barrels , 12.5 round barrels
or 25kgs square barrels.
When using ceramic beads for first time,please kindly open 1/3 to
1/2 vest of dust collector,since ceramic
beads need the wind to be recycled in the blasting process.

25kgs round barrel+Pallet,20 Barrels in one pallet
2*12.5kgs square barrels+ Carton+ Pallet,80 Barrels(40 Cartons) in
one pallet
Special package can be customized accordingly.
6. Mode of Transport
Air way: It is suggested to delivery by air way when order quantity
is less than 100kgs;
Sea way: It is suggested to delivery by LCL sea way if order
quantity more than 100kgs;
Truck way: it is available for vietnam clients when order quantity
more than 500kgs.
